Six months after publishing Coda, I finally made it to France! It was so amazing to walk the streets that I’d only experienced via google and old brochures.

What’s so wonderful about the “Old World” is that they so love and protect the “old.” So much of what we saw was exactly as I would have found it to be in 1894. I could easily imagine Elizabeth and Stephan strolling down the lane, deep in conversation…
