…or, more accurately, the scene of the effects of the crime: the Church of St. Anne in Montpellier, France, where Philippe was buried.

I was disappointed to find the church closed and under construction. Also, there was no cemetery to visit or photograph.
So, okay. I fell a little short on my research in this case. But I still stand by my assertion that all the technology available makes it possible to describe a location, a structure, a scene, without having actually been there in person.
Next time I need a cemetery, though – I’m going to consult satellite imagery!
